Please read all policies thoroughly - By booking as a client , this confirms that you have read, understood, and agree and accepts to comply with all policies stated below ! ⸻ Cancellations & Changes • 25% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations and no-shows (including emergencies). • Changes are only allowed more than 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations within 48 hours result in loss of deposit and applicable charges. • The 25% fee must be paid to avoid being added to the banned list. • You may self-reschedule or cancel online before the 48-hour window. If your appointment is within the 48-hour window, your deposit can no longer be transferred. A 25% cancellation fee will apply, and once that’s taken care of, you’re welcome to rebook at a time that works best for you with a new deposit. ⸻ Flat rate timing starts at your appointment time / your 10 minute grace mark . The timer will start at the 10 minute grace mark regardless of attendance. Late Arrivals • 10 minute grace period is allowed. • A courtesy text may be sent at the 5-minute past mark. You will be asked about your arrival within the next 5 minutes. • Arrivals after 15 minutes are subject to cancellation plus the cancellation fee. ⸻ Payment Policies • 2.8% card processing fee applies to all card transactions. • No processing fee for cash or Zelle payments. ⸻ Health & Safety • No children under 12 years old allowed during services. • If you are sick or feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. • You may be temperature-checked with a no-touch thermometer upon arrival. • If you have a fever, coughing, or sneezing, your appointment may be canceled. • If you pass the temperature check but have minor coughing or sneezing symptoms , you will be asked to wear a mask during the service . (Mask are available for purchase) You must be able to comfortably sit through the appointment - symptoms should not interfere with the ability to sit through the entirety of the scheduled appointment. ⸻ Media & Content • Photos and videos may be taken during your service for social media and advertising. • If you do not want to be recorded or photographed, please decline when asked at the end of your service. ⸻ Compliance • Failure to comply with these policies may result in cancellation and/or being added to the banned list. • Communication is key – please reach out with any questions.
